I am a People Manager for Game-, Lighting-, Sound- and UI Designers and writers. I help mostly on an individual level with people’s career path or wishes for development. Sometimes I can also support people on a larger scale like during our IOI week.
Outgoing – introvert, impatient – patient, happy – moody…. But most of all I try to be approachable, open and curious…. and helpful. I want to help people – by listening and continuously work on making the best work environment possible at IOI.
People, Podcasts and books…..mostly people, what drives us, what triggers us– what makes us happy?
I believe that real change happens through people. Happy people = Successful projects.
Exploring what makes a good life…. Painting, pilates, walks, nature, restaurants, bars …… Wine…. Good talks with friends and family.
There are fortunately many good moments 😊 At IOI there is a very relaxed atmosphere and people are very friendly and easy to get to know!
